At OMI Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If for any reason you are not content, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original certifications and documentation.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all return shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
